Getting Published

This is a place for those of us who have written something that we want to get *out* there. Whatever shape those words may take, we are either amateurs looking for a break or professionals looking to expand our horizons.

Discussions can be about contacting publishing houses, entering contests, sending off to periodicals, and/or trying to get an agent. It can also be about self-publishing. How-to guides, suggestions, and conversations about the proper format for submitting varying types of written material.
